About Me

Hi there ! I’m Angie.

Welcome to my cozy little organized corner of the internet.  I am so happy you have found me.   A little bit about me:

I’m a wife to a hard working general contractor &

mom to a busy little toddler. When I’m not helping

my husband with new home floor plans or

selecting materials for the next spec home he is

building you can find me reading books to “T”,

playing out in the yard with our daughter doing

my best to try and identify the latest bird noises

that have “T” so intrigued and excited, or just

having my little mini me follow me around

“helping” me with all of my daily duties.

When I’m not wearing the title of wife or mom my

business card says “Residential Designer”.   I

completed my AAS Degree in Interior Design and chose to focus my studies and eventually my future career on the Kitchen and Bath side of the industry.  I came to enjoy the technical aspect of getting a kitchen or bath to function properly all while making it look aesthetically pleasing.   I currently work at a fast paced cabinet shop in central Minnesota helping clients design cabinets for a new home they are building or an existing home they want to remodel.  Everything from kitchens to bathrooms to mud rooms/laundry rooms to office and the list goes on and on.

I have always been an ORGANIZER for as long as I can remember.  In high school I had friends giving me grief over my closet I had organized by color (my closets are still organized in this fashion and I STILL have friends that give me grief about it).  During my younger years I enjoyed organizing my books strategically to make them line up nice and neat on the shelf.  My notebooks and pens were color coded for specific subjects in high school and I had drawers neatly divided out with a place for all of my belongings.

As I’ve gotten older and started a family I realize the importance in being organized.  Having a place for everything and having everything in its place gives you the time back you deserve to enjoy things in your life instead of being stressed out all the time about where you last put something because you can’t seem to find it.  Time is a precious commodity that we can’t get back.  As I get older or more “seasoned” I’m realizing just how precious time is and how I don’t want to waste it, rather enjoy it spending time with the people I love and doing the things I love.

That is the purpose for this site, to help my readers with ideas and ways to organize their spaces and come up with routines and systems that work for YOU  to give you more time in your day.  We all have the same 24 hours in a day, lets use them wisely.  I want to connect with people and share ideas and ways we can all benefit from.

Thanks for stopping by my little corner of the internet.  I love to hear where my readers come from.  Please feel free to leave a comment!
